Founded in 1948, Robert Half is the world's largest, most experienced staffing company. It became a Fortune 500 company by helping clients in the financial and accounting industries find the right people for the job, every time, guaranteed. It's a simple approach that still works today, but not without increased competition from nimble online recruiters and jobs boards. These companies couldn't guarantee a great fit, only a cheaper, faster one. Robert Half needed to put a stake in the ground and stand for something that everyone (clients, job candidates, and its own employees) could identify with—while simultaneously explaining the value of a great fit. It's happiness. Or, more specifically, that with the right staffing partner, we can all work happy.
The work included a launch video, a pair of spots for broadcast and social, and new copy for the website.
